Shipping & Returns

All products come with a 3-day replacement warranty from the date of purchase. If your purchase does not match the description or if the item is defective, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order. We will ensure that all of your issues are resolved.

If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. We will arrange to deliver the correct items or return all your payments.

For defective or faulty products, please take photos or videos and email us at voidxinfo@gmail.com. We will replace or refund your purchase after confirmation.

PLEASE NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

We are happy to make a change to your order within 2 hours of your order date. After that time, your order will go into production so we can get it shipped out on time. Order changes or cancellations after 2 hours will require a INR 100 fee per item.

INVALID REASONS:

Buyer no longer wants the items – this is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at Voidx. The buyer should make sure they want to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
Wrong Size – Since each and every product is custom made as per the order, it is not possible for us to exchange it. We suggest you check our sizing guide before placing an order next time.
